Implemented the transfer of all collections records to a new collections management system

Exported all accession information stored in Archivist's Toolkit (AT) via CSV file

Cleaned data and transferred it into ISAD(G)-based CSV template

Imported data into Access to Memory (AtoM) via CSV file

Checked accession information in AtoM against AT; pulled physical donor records and used them to enhance AtoM records

Created collection-level archival descriptions

Updated and uploaded finding aids and completed inventories to archival descriptions

Created authority records and additional access points and linked them to archival descriptions

Facilitated the movement of approximately two-thirds of the collections from the main building to a nearby warehouse, and orchestrated the organization of the new space

October—November 2016: Found warehouse space, calculated space needs, diagrammed shelving layout, reorganized and partially packed collections in preparation for move

December 2016: 2 days loading shelving and collections from main building, and 2 days unloading shelving and collections into warehouse

January—June 2017: Continued organization of warehouse, additional shelving and HVAC unit installed

Designed interactive portions of the 2017 exhibit Ella Sings the Songbook and the 2018 exhibit The Unsinkable Meredith Willson

2017 exhibit: Selected approximately 30 songs from a 16-disc CD set The Complete Ella Fitzgerald Song Books to be included on the exhibit's interactive component, and wrote a short caption for each selection

2018 exhibit: Selected approximately 15 samples of Willson's work (audio recordings and video), wrote captions for the selections, and created all images for the exhibit's interactive component

Due to changes in technological support, the Foundation had to use a new interactive program; I was responsible for learning the program, constructing all necessary visual and aural components within the program, and ensuring that the program functioned correctly on the touchscreen monitor used for the interactive
